I've got an ecommerce site and I'm trying to personalize the experience when coming from a search engine and specifying specific keywords.

So for instance, when clicking on an ppc google ad, if I had searched for nike blue shoes, I'm reading the referrer url, parsing the q=nike+blue+shoes and then prioritizing the products shown on the landing page based on the search criteria.

Everything seems to work fine, but I'm trying to figure out an easy way to test it.

Does anyone know of a way that I can modify the referrer url in the browser so I can test different keyword inputs to test my code and make sure it works with a variety of keywords?
