Embed live webcam-Vista problem

Hi guys, I have a live streaming webcam which i am trying to embed on my website: http://www.tickity-boo.co.uk/site/si...ebcam&title=29

It currently works on Windows XP, but not on Vista. I get prompted to install Activex and it nstalls the file, but then does not display. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The best way that works for most users is with flash and flash media server or red5.
