    Help! My menu doesn't work

I am designing a website for a band. I am new to this site (hello!) and I have designed a menu fron dynamic drive (similar to the microsoft frontpage.) The menu works on my computer, but when I upload it to the web, it is not working. Any advice would be welcome. ps don't look at the graphic with all the circles, it's crap and I am changing it. Please help me, I have a corporate event on Weds and I need it uploading so they can see it. You all probably know the files, cutom.js etc. Please help coz I don't know what to do! I have been working on it for a week. Paula. http://web.ukonline.co.uk/rowz

hello welcome to SP please feel free to pop along to our introductions forum and say hi... (when you have the time )

Just had a quick look and you do have an error in your js file it says

    Line 4
    char 1
    Error: 'exclude' is undefined

Have a look through your js file and see where you have used exclude.

If you still cannot find the problem post some of your js here so we can have a look.

    thanks

Thanks Sarah. Unfortunately I deleted the thing that was wrong, but it found something else wrong! (it said 'object expected' line 69). I have now since uploaded my previous site but the biog page won't come up even though I uploaded it tons of times!!!

I iclude the custom.js code (sorry about the length!)from the new site because the problem with the menu Javascript is stumping me.

Also, could you tell me if there is a style sheet with denotes page length? I cannot fill up my pages with lots of content as there is only so much to say, but when I go into fullscreen there is too much space (hence the big gaudy graphic on the new site.)
    Phew!

    Thanks,

    Paula.

Dont you mean wow, thats a lot of unnecessary variables.

It would be better if you had all colors in an array as well as a links array. You could even put a switch statement with peoples names, but i dont have time to give you an example right now:P

    Thumbs up

Thanks for looking at it. I am going to post the whole of the new site soon on some empty web space so I can sort it out. In the meantime, the place where I got the code from is

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...men3/index.htm

I just don't know where it is going wrong! I am going to get some web space now and reply to this in an hour or two so people can have a look and hopefully help me.

    Thanks,
    Paula
