    Gradiant distorts text

    Hi,

    I am using this gradiant code
    body {
    filterrogidXImageTransform.Microsoft.Gradient(endColorstr='#ECD872', startColorstr='#009933', gradientType='0');
    }

    in a css page for the body background of my site. The problem is that it makes the text look grainy and not sharp like before I used the gradiant code. Any ideas why it would do this?
    Sorry the smiley faces are in place where there should be colons in the code.

    Hi,

    I assume you know that the above is proprietary IE only code and will only work in IE and not in any other browsers.

    I'm had a look at the effect and my text didn't look too bad but I'm guessing that you are probably losing any anti aliaising effect when text is on the filter.

    It looks to be a downside of the filter and perhaps changing the font may get better results..
