    Put it after the blog name and float it left with CSS.

    I don't see that file name in the source, are you sure you edited the right header.php (in the right theme) and uploaded it to the right place?

    I don't see any img tag from your header.php file
    PHP Code:
        <div id="header">
            <
    h1 id="blog-title"><a href="http://www.blakeanthonydesign.com/blog/" title="BlakeAnthony">BlakeAnthony</a></h1>
            <
    div id="blog-description">Personal Blog Lifestyle</div>
        </
    div><!-- #header -->
    nor do I see anything in any CSS like
    Code:
    #header {
    	background: url(images/header.gif) no-repeat;
    }
    You could try uploading the image to your theme's image folder, and adding CSS similar to above to your style.css file.
