pop-up window once per session not working...

Hi, you guys please take a minute to click on this page and then click on one of the product links. Go back to the homepage. You will likely to see a pop up window for every page. I borrow Javascript cookie codes that make the window to pop up ONLY once per user session. Do you know why this isn't working?

I would really appreciate if anyone can give me any ideas on what is going.

actually it only popped up once so i take it you have fixed it
