@WarpNacelle
nice shot you took.
I am going on vacation next week and probably post some of the shots then .![]()

This picture I had posted before, but it was perfect enough to repeat.
I took 7 shots and made a panorama pic. You can see that there was a little bit of rain coming out of the cloud. I also found it interesting how uneven the bottom of the cloud is… I did not take the time to make it more perfect. That would take some time.
.
Warp, nice attempt. Though you should try to adjust the connection of the pictures in Photoshop or other editing program.

I had these photos sitting around from summer that I finally got around to stitching together using Photoshop's Photomerge tool - which I didn't know existed until adesignrsa mentioned it in the "Low Light" thread. Thanks!
This is Gasworks Park in Seattle, overlooking Lake Union with the downtown skyline in the background.
There were some obvious stitch seams, but I think I was able to clean them up pretty well.

Will_DR: The mood that evokes is calm and majestic. Very impressive work!!
ArtCactus: I love your photo. I am a [card-carrying] member of The [International] Cloud Appreciation Society* and those clouds were the immediate focal point for me.
*Can you believe such a group exists?!
Some great panoshots here.
Yes, I do.. on flickrand I'm a member. although I didn't take any cloud shots worth mentionning.

Here's a panoramic I took at a gig recently:
Made out of a succession of photos with the camera quickly swept round then carefully blended in photoshop. Usually have to take a few as inevitably excess movement of people between frames means most attempts can't be joined successfully

Nicely done.
I imagine a person moving quickly in the room could appear to be in many places at once in the crowd! That would be fun, eh?

Yeah, that panorama would have been taller but had to crop off the bottom where somebodies head appeared twice![]()
