    Christian the Lion

I may be the only person on the interweb not to have seen this, but just in case, it's well worth watching.

Almost 40 years ago a couple of guys bought a lion cub from Harrods. They excercised it in a local church yard for some time, but when it became too big shipped it off to Africa, where George Adamson went about helping it re-integrate to the wild. Nine months later it was integrated and the dominant male in a pride, the guys were told he probably wouldn't recognise them if they visited. The whole thing was recorded - worth watching as a great start to your day....

Wow, that's amazing. Such affection from a wild, carnivorous and very large cat! Possibly the most shocking thing about this video, though, is those chaps' hairstyles.

Very touching, as Miss Lee says.

aww, that made me smile - very touching. I would be interested to see what happens in 10 years and if the lion still remembers them - in all seriousness he just might.

I have already watched this video before. It moved me.

In fact, I shared it to my friends and they were also affected by it in a good way.

i can't believe it.. but then again.. it's touching..

what mostly got my attention is the background music, "I will always love you"
..did crack me up a bit

cant blame them for choosing though..
