Download problem with ejunkie

I'm using ejunkie to manage my store, selling stock images and graphics. I had a customer contact me recently saying that they did not get the purchased files in the download. The files are contained within a ZIP archive, and within that there are different folders that contain the various vector graphics files.

This customer said that when the ZIP is downloaded (which they've re-downloaded a few times just to see if that made a difference), all they see within the main folder is:

._.DS_Store 1 kb
.DS_Store 7 kb
Licence.txt 8 kb
Notes.txt 1 kb

What they should see is:

Blue/Gray/White
Orange/Silver/Black
Licence.txt
Notes.txt

FYI, I'm on a Mac, and used DropStuff to create the ZIP archive.

Any idea why the two folders don't show?

Not sure what the problem is, but are you sure its an e-junkie issue? Are they hosting the file? Unless they're somehow modifying it I doubt the issue is on their end.

Yeah, I doubt it's them either. Just mentioned it in case anyone experienced anything similar with them. I think it's a file issue, but not sure what. Are there any issues with multiple folders within a ZIP and Windows/Mac compatibility? Or that I'm zipping the files on a Mac and the customer is expanding them on Windows?
