    css banner problems

    hi,

i have a problem regarding my banner size, on my laptops resolution the banner/layout is perfect.

but on smaller screen resolutions the banner stays the same size, which slightly ruins the layout.

can anyone provide me with a resolution to this?

    thanks

Hi, j89...if you post code/screenshots with your questions you'll always get a better response.

There is the possibility of using liquid layout to achieve a banner that expands/contracts but it's hard to tell without any further info.

Please post the link here but without the http:// or www. in it - it should let you post it that way.

I'm not really seeing your problem. The banner at the top still fits in at 800X600. If you want more space the only thing to do here is to reduce the font-size so you have more room at 800X600.

Yeah, I don't see any problems either. Anyone else agree?

    thanks for the help

its just that im using a screen resolution simulator which lets u view your site on other resolutions and it looked a bit messed up.

i managed to fix it (just in case there was a problem) by adding some css coding just in case

ive validated everything on w3 and everything is fine now
