In a way yes, there's a plugin called Papervision which gives 3D support to Flash/Flex, you need to know AS 3, to program it.

3D is short for 3 dimensional. Height, width and depth. True 3D would be either real life or a hologram, but with clever shading and perspective, a 2D (i.e. the monitor screen) image can fool the eye to look 3D-like (see the images in the "Product Viewer" page linked to).

Dijup, I'm not an expert in Papervision as I have not done any development in it. I have looked into some codes that have been used in the applications developed with Papervision and they looked pretty straight forward.
