One thing that you might consider is looking at other sites with that host. Perhaps the host is using a header or footer include from their root .htaccess file to insert the code on your page?

If you can't find any JavaScript or other files that are pulling the script automatically, and it is not in any file that you have, then it has to be coming from the host.

Just now i upload all the files,so it may not contain any virus notification.

the browser used is IE 6

U please see some rply before sent by stylesha with the virus notification thumbnail.

I didnt use any php editors.
