Where's the best place to find PHPMyAdmin? Is it free or will it run me something?

Also, am I correct in saying that it's a tool to help administer MySQL databases with PHP?

    Thanks!

PHPMyAdmin is free and is available from the "Projects" area of the PHP Web Site. It's a set of PHP scripts that, when installed on a PHP-enabled Web server, allow you to connect to and edit a MySQL database server with a graphical user interface (rather than typing the SQL commands into the MySQL command line yourself). Be careful where you install it -- you wouldn't want to open your database up to the Internet by mistake.

Yes it is a great tool for MySQL. Just remember to use a .htpasswd to protect it.
