Need help getting in contact w/ VoxTek.com

I have recently made a deal for my website: energyplans.com to be developed and deployed by voxtek.com.

I am unable though to get in contact with them. I was wondering if anybody knew of an email address or phone number I could contact them through?

Has anybody esle dealt with this company or person before?

    Thank you in advanced.

How did you get a deal with voxtek if you can't even contact them? o.O
    Logic without the fatal effects.

Sorry I guess I should clarify. I get off and on communications with them. But currently the only point of contact that I currently know of is through Sitepoint PMs.

It has been awhile since my last dealings. I experienced communication frustrations. I would only be contacted every few weeks after many of my emails to them. I was told that the developer was having a rough time... I can understand this but communicating that issue would have put me at ease.

The first website was designed as promised. (I was offered a second website due to the delay. They never followed up on their offer to me)
So I would offer a word of caution.
Maybe do 50 percent to start and rest when finished. Get a phone number and/or a more reliable means of communication.

I would also recommend that you find sources that allow you to repost their information.

    I'd avoid them as well.

I purchased a site roughly 10 days ago and it's incomplete, broken, causes huge server spikes and doesn't work.

I've asked for a refund numerous times (and of course offered to return the site), and have yet to get either a refund or a working site. I even offered to reimburse them for the SP auction fee even though I paid the BIN and they rejected it for some reason...
