Hide Status Bar on Form Submit Button
I'm trying to prevent the URL from displaying at the bottom of the browser when a user mouseovers the submit button on my form.
Searching did not come up with many results. What I was getting was how to hide the display of the button. Maybe I was searching for the wrong thing.
Any ideas? thanks.

Modern browsers disallow web pages from updating the status bar for security reasons. Only if people disable their security option to allow phishing sites to display misleading information in the status bar can web pages change the value displayed there. The browser has no way to distinguish between legitimate updates and those phishing attempts and so they are all blocked by default.
