Didn't make the leap, started to. spent a bit removing Compiz (since I read that it seems to conflict with 4.1) and then getting things back in order once that was gone. Then I ran out of time and never got back to it. Anyone else?

The quickest way is to download Kubuntu and then update to KDE4 via apt-get. Took about an hour from install to running 4.1 here. I played with it for a little bit, and its certainly nice, but I think it has a little ways to go yet.
