Adding a 'About Author' Box in every single post?

I would like to allow my other authors on my blog to have their personal profile featured in their every single post. Something like the following example:

May I know is there any plugin for this?

Do you really need to do this? I only do this when I submit articles to directories - Resource box. For every end of my blog post, I invite readers to subscribe and lead to my contact page, and I do not forget the Article Source (with a link to my homepage)
