    Thumbs down Firefox-- CSS..A very simple code that drives me crazy!!

    Hi All !
    Here is a very simple code of html and CSS

    You have an extra semicolon after the .body style (horrible name to call that class as the document has a body element), which invalidates the following rule :
    Code:
    .body{
    border-bottom:#000000;
    border-bottom-width:10px;
    border-bottom-style:solid;
    width:800px;
    height:600px;
    margin:auto;
    };
    You also have an incomplete doctype which will drop IE into quirks mode.
