Test video player

I have a site at http://tinyurl.com/2umvjk. recently I changed the flash video player on the site. I have many users complaining that they have No sound or no video when listening to the videos. I can't find the problem on any of my computers. Can anyone help with a solution? Do you have sound when on the site? Can you see the videos

Works for me, did you note what browsers they were using? Also the adverts seem to slow down the page loads for me. Maybe move them farther down in your code or something also maybe consider putting a link to the most recent flash player.
