Embed issue

I am using SWFObject to embed multiple Flash files on a page. For some reason, 1 of the 3 Flash movies won't display the first time a user hits the page. If they hit refresh or come back to it a second time then it does get displayed.

The navigation bar is what does not display the first time.

doesn't work here, i have to reload for it to appear. Strange thing.
