Creating 24x24 icon from 16x16 icon

I have a bunch of Icons that are 16x16. I would like to enlarge them to 24x24 but keep the same quality. Is there a program that would do this?

It can be done in Photoshop by using action that batch resizes.

There are a couple of video tutorials to see how its done, here is one I found : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttoEQJ4SqCk

In regards to this, yes it is doable to an extent. Don't always count on this to fix your problem tho, because regardless of how much you stretch and change an image it ALWAYS decreases in quality. It will never be 100% the same.

But that link should be good, I mean, yes you will loose quality, but it won't be that noticeable with the amount you plan on stretching the images.

I could always be wrong tho.
