Problems with Adobe ImageReady?
I've looked all through my preferences. I can't seem to find anything that would be causing this.
Whenever I open up an animated GIF in ImageReady, and check the optimized tab, it seems anything with the color black is erased and made transparent. It only does this to pixels with the hex code #000000. The only way to get around this (if I want to edit the image) is to make a new document with the same size, and drag the layers to it and make the frames as they were in the original image. There are a select few images that don't have this happen. I'm not sure what sets these images apart from the rest, though.
The other problem I am having is the quality gets reduced to anything I add to the image, even if it uses websafe colors.
Anybody ever have these problems? How can I fix them?
