Two pages - one complete mess

I have two pages which when I look at the source look identical besides the content inside. One looks fine and other one has top header image scrolled down like it can't fit. Same size image on both pages.

In FF3 only:

I looked at the pages in FF3 and when I changed the overflow property on the container div from auto to hidden the bad page looked like the good page. I think that is whats causing the problem.

I could swear that I tried overflow property first. It is incredible how sometimes simplest overlook can be so annoying. Thanks a bunch.
