Help - page not working properly

Hi,

I have a 3 column css layout. On my desktop computer everything looks fine. But when I open it in my laptop computer, the 3rd column is there, but the yellowbox with the form appears at the bottom of column #1. It is suppose to appear at the top of the page in the right column (column #3)

I went over the widths of the columns, but I can't figure out what's going on.

Are there any browser/os differences between your desktop and laptop?
