Can anyone help me rid myself of an unwanted scrollbar that presents in IE? How did I summon this thing? If another thread deal with this question, could you direct me to it (and accept m apology for wasting your time)? Many many thanks. My url is www.comprehensiveforestry.com

Reason: couldn't get the url to present as link
are you talking about the horizontal scroll bar ? or the one on the top ? I mean the one that is created because of you including the page or something.
Thanks Kooshin. Strange to say, but now the horizontal scrollbar that showed in the header while using IE6 seems not to appear, now. I haven't made any changes. Does it appear in IE7? (I can't run both IE 6 and IE 7.)
As far as 100% versus 1000 px, that's a good thought. I'll give that a try on general principle (trying to get away from fixed width).
I made the change to the site (from 1000px to 100%).
Now I notice that in IE6, the right sidebar (with images) drops down below the rest of the page when I narrow my window. It does NOT do this in FF. However, either way, it doesn't really present me with a problem. It's just rather strange in an IE kind of way.
Thanks. The scroll bar does NOT appear in IE6 for me. So, does that mean that the cause related to a setting in the reader's browser? It seems that it does, since we're reporting different results from the same browser. If so, is it an easy fix?
