Hello,
My company would like to have a blog that "resides within our website." In other words, I don't want the blog to be loaded into another page or link. We want it to have our site's look and feel wrap around it.
If anyone has had success with a particular blog software I'd really like to know about it.

You might want to look into a CMS system like Joomla. I think that you can embed it in an already existing site quite easily.
We need more information to answer your question accurately.
WordPress is generally considiered the best blogging software, and you can you use it to power most 'non-blog' sites too. However if you want to do something a little off-base or you require a complicated user permission system then a different CMS may be more suitable.
I would like to have a blogging "system" that fits into our website. Does that make sense??? I would like it not to go to another URL. I hope I haven't confused everyone???

If you just have a basic static site, then you may as well just run the whole thing from WordPress, that way you only have to maintain one system, not two.

There are many options, of which WordPress is usually the most suitable. However there are many instances in which a more advanced CMS system (Drupal etc.) would be more appropriate, or even a custom solution.
WordPress handles that perfectly.
I often seen many business blog using wordpress. I don't why?But i think maybe it's cool too.

You can talk with a webdesign agency to do this for you. If your webpage design is already made they can implement the desing in wordpress within one day or two. You can see zaragoo.ro, cartepremium.ro or aiesecconstanta.ro/bs to see some blogs integrated in the site design. You can't say that it's a blog, the design is just like the site.

I also would install Wordpress in either a directory /blog/ or subdirectory http://blog.yourdomain.com
But it would also depend on your hosting type. Do you have PHP amd MySQL installed?

Wordpress and Movabletype are the first two that come to my mind. I believe Movabletype have upgrades available at an additional cost, but it may be worth checking out.
I suggest firstly take a second domain for your blog, and then redirect your second domain to your blogger. reference my blog site:

Well for a really good corporate look I should say Joomla i use joomla for my hosting business and got better results then i did with wordpress i tested both of them and joomlas templates are more professional
