    Simple DB question

    I have a little problem.

First off let me just say that im a complete newbie about halfway through my first PHP beginers book.

Im a little confused on how I should go about setting up my database.

Basicly my website(adult "Bikini" type site) will have a password protected area where users (bikini site webmasters) can do two things.. Submit news, submit a link to a "daily updated pic post", and be able to edit their profile for some kind of search.

I would also like to be able to track hits in and out so i can rank the website.

Im not asking for code.. ill figure that out later, but im just confused on how I should set up MySQL properly to work with this kind of page..

I have lots more questions but ill leave it at this for now.

    Thanks alot to all..

    That's no simple database question.
It's a farily involved topic going into the heard of Relation Database stuff.
I'd recommend searching around on Sitepoint's webmasterbase site for a tutorial on Relational database and how to set one up. ( www.webmasterbase.com )

He may be able to find a program that will allow him to create tables and fields, but not one that will create a database that properly structures the tables to reflect a good relationship.
