I wanted to know how would me or anyone go abouts creating a ringtone service/site like flycell.com, or thumbplay.com ..where we can sell ringtones with different artists music on them?

I have tried to find out how to do this before and no one told me how, but this is what I found out.

You could either spend a bunch of money trying to get the resale rights on th songs and stuff for your website and also figure out how to sell the tones and stuff. Or you can find a ringtone site that would let you be an affiliate or reseller that would let you sell their stuff. this would probably mean that their rates are pretty high and it is also hard to find this.
