Wordpress Set Up Help

Hi all,

I have recently bought the domain http://allninja.com and have transferred the domain to my current hosting. I have set up a new database and have updated the details in the wp-config.php file and uploaded all the files to the server.

I ran through the allninja.com/wp-admin/install.php and was left in the control panel. I navigated away from the site and every time I visit now I get the following error:

Can anyone help? What have I done wrong?

Is wp-settings.php located in that directory, and does it have permissions set correctly so it can be read?
