DW - Text Fields

Alright, so i've added a new layer and inserted a text field. Then i centered my whole design; however, the text fields still stay to the right when i look at it in a web browser, and it looks normal in DW. Any idea how to resolve this?

Alright, so i figured out what's happening is, the design is centering; however, the text fields are staying positioned as if the design were still on the left. Someone has got to be able to help me. ( < Noob )
