    Computer shop management

Does anyone know of any computer shop management software? I would like to be able to track jobs, work orders, invoices, customers, etc. I have no problems paying for commercial software--just wondering if anybody here is a computer shop owner and uses any management software. Being able to sync with Quickbooks would be a huge plus! Thanks!

EDIT: I guess it doesn't need to be computer shop specific--just any service-industry related software would work.

I'll move this thread to the Business section, I guess you will get more and more specific answers there....

Well, tbh I've never seen or used an "all-in-one" (integrated) software package which is tailored to a computer shop. As I work with a lot of computer shops though (either as customers or suppliers), if seen different solutions though:

    1. Custom-made software...tailored to the need of the company.
    2. Open-source software...not tailored in particular, but getting the job done...after all CRM is CRM...that being said, I've never seen ONE solution there either, it's more common to have different softwares which are connected via bridges (e.g. SugarCRM for Customer Relation Management; OTRS for work scheduling, tracking and support; both of those linked to Lexware for accounting)...

Doesn't Quickbooks have a software version tailored to service professionals?
