    .htaccess allow/deny questions

    How does one ban only a particular IP, rather than whatever IP's start matches the deny string? For instance:
    Code:
    order allow,deny
    deny from 111.222.333.12
    allow from all
    I believe this bans '111.222.333.125' as well. How do I limit the deny to just the single IP?

    Also, I'd like to confirm that the following blocks all POST requests, but leaves GET requests unaffected:
    Code:
    <Limit POST>
    order deny,allow
    deny from all
    </limit>

    "deny from 111.222.333.12" will deny access from 111.222.333.12 IP only.
    Deny syntax is similar to allow syntax:
