I recently interviewed for an internship. The techies that I spoke with said they use .JHTML to interface their pages with the database. They also said it's not a widely used language. No kidding! I wasn't able to find anything on it, even from SitePoint

Can someone give me a clue as to what it is or where I could learn more?

Any chance they were talking about Java Server Pages (JSP)? They might have configured their server to serve them as .jhtml files...

They may also have been talking about server-side JavaScript (which is only supported by Netscape servers).

Hm, then unless they're using Java Server Pages I'm stumped.

It is most likely that they are talking about Java server pages, they are usually served as .jsp by most websites, but of course you can use any extension you like quite easily.
