People see 2 different links... How come?

Hi,

How is it possible that 2 people on 2 different computers
get to 2 different pages?

I explain...

I have one person saying after clicking on the support link
at the bottom of the following page:

http://www.thepowerzapper.com/index2.html

his getting directed to a page (that doens´t exist)

http://www.thepowerzapper.com/support.html

when I don´t see that but I´m directed to
the proper page at:

http://www.support.thepowerzapper.com/

I thought it was a matter of cookies so I told him
to delete his cookies but he´s saying he´s getting the
same problem.

Do you have any idea what can be wrong here?

This is crazy.

I don't think it should be anything to do with cookies. Have you told him to clear his cache?

I'm getting the 404 too. Have you cleared your own cache?
