    Sql Server Tmp Tables

I am developing an application which uses sql server temporary tables for it's search option.

What I need to know is does sql server create temp tables for each website visitor separately?

    For Example:
If two visitors are on search page searching by different criteria, does sql server create separate temp table for both visitors?

It depends on which sort of temp tables you use. I haven't used them in a while so I don't recall the specifics, but one has a scope of the current execution context and the other is a bit more persistent.

That said, temp tables are a rather expensive way to do search. How are you using them?
