I'm new to the forums and I'm not sure if this is the correct section for this so sorry if it isn't.

rlorenzen, the #1 factor in valuation is the profit the site is making. Come back with that and some traffic/referrer type information and... that would be a start.

Oh sorry I totally forgot the stats. Last month the site made $100. Traffic is 400-1000 uniques a day. It gets 115,000 page views per month. The site is a PR3 and a 378K on Alexa. Majority of the traffic is organic from Google.

History of earnings is also important. You may want to provide average over the last year or so.

The site has only been making income for the past few months.

I think I've seen your site up for auction in the marketplace. Won't the feedback from that give an indication of the site's value? Has there been a response?

Yes, the site is for sale. The min. bid was $500 and the BIN is $600. It is at $525 now. Just, with the current income and good traffic stats I thought the site could go for $800?
