Screen resolution changes floating menu position

    I have a floating menu here: http://dallasplumbing.com
The menu floats fine in 1024 x 768 screen resolution, but floats too high if the resolution drops. I'm not a js programmer, so I don't know how to write the possible exceptions for different screen resolutions. Is there script that might fix this? I got the code here: http://www.javascript-fx.com/submits...oat/float.html

I wanted to have the negative float top so the full arc could be seen as the menu floats into position each time the page is scrolled, instead of chopping off the arc and giving the float a top 0.

    Thanks,
    Jack

Update: it appears the issue is the window size, maybe not the resolution. If the bottom of the window is brought up toward the top, the floating menu is pushed up. The lower resolution causes the window to be smaller in relation to the content and seems to have the same effect as the above.
