Thickbox window not opening in IE

Hi all, got a thickbox window that opens a login window thats working great in FF and Safari but in IE (6 & 7) the loading graphic appears but it simply opens a blank page.

In IE7 the blank page source says

    Code HTML4Strict:
    <script id=__ie_init defer=true src=//:></script>

    and IE6 blank page says

    Code HTML4Strict:
    <script defer type="sifr/prefetch" src="http://dev.oakfield.definitiondesign.co.uk/flash/anime.swf"></script>

I've applied for membership on the thickbox forum a few days ago but I've had nothing back and time is running out to get this working!

Click on the STAFF AREA bottom right on the page here

    Can anyone offer any suggestions?

    Thanks

I've heard of the swfobject.js causing trouble there. If you simplify the login page you should find benefits there.

By "simplify the login page" do you mean ditch the thickbox? I'd rather not if there is a workaround

I mean, ditch the swfobject script from the login page.
That has been a common theme causing thickbox to fail to run on IE.

Stripped the login page right down to basics and its now working great, funnily enough it wasn't swfobject (well it still didn't work when I only removed the swfobject.js)

    Thanks so much!
