I have the 12/2006 issue of Build your own website using html&css. I am attempting to set up a response to my contact.html. There has been an update on the sitepoint site saying that response-o-matic requires the use of a thankyou.html and that it is easy to set up. But the update does not include markup language. Has anyone been able to find out what markup is required?

I have no programming experience - this is my first experience with html.

What do I enter for acctid and acctid values, and the
formid and the formid values, and what are required_vars and the name,email. I am not asking for yours, but rather to know what is being called for. I appreciate your reply and patience with this.

That worked and it is now working on my computer and I am getting ready to upload the modified contacthtml to my shared host.

One question - at the very end of the process I get a continue button to push. When I push it, it directs me to a site in the uk.

Is this a glitch or part of response o matic marketing?
