I have installed CF8 multiple instances version and cant create any additional instances.
The actual error is as below which basically translates to:

Could not create the directory C:\JRun4/servers/Paris
Error code because it is already in the file system. When the create command is issued an exception is thrown..

Anyone know how to resolve this???

Does the 'paris' folder exist?

Yep, every instance needs to be named something different. I typically use something like <instanceName>-node-01, <instanceName>-node-02, etc.
