It's a lot of data, so it'll take a while to finish.

I have faxed them as well as sent follow up mails.

This is more of a "can my web host shut down my site for any reason at all" example.

okay, here's an update

The dreamhost abuse team sends me the database back BUT with a nasty twist .

The most important part of the forum was the attachments which were research reports uploaded by the community. This means that in vbulletin sql, ofcourse the attachments table is the one with the maximum data.

Listen to what dreamhost has to say about it :

As I said before, these tables do not exist.


You've been given full database dumps. We can't help you any further.

I'm quite certain the site wouldnt be able to function without those tables considering its a vbulletin forum. Also the main feature of the forum is the research repository / attachments .

Are they playing just arrogant, dumb or i am at fault asking for those tables or what ?? I really dont understand.
