Hi,
I want users to be able to upload pictures on thier own computer on to my form. Is thier a way i can do this. I am using a straight HTML form.

Not by using straight html. You need a Server-side language that will process the transaction.

Are you familiar with any server-side language?

I know a little asp.net 2.0. But I am realising I am better off learmin php as this has more open source stuff. Do you know of any open source stuff for php that might do the trick?

This is a fantastic tutorial on how to upload an image with php
It is fairly simple to understand and there is a zip file you can download at the end of the tutorial with the code. I highly recommend reading the tutorial to get an understanding of it all, rather than just copying the code across.
