Looking for investment partners. (Not asking for money)

I tried starting this thread in digitalpoint but I guess one of the mods hates me. So here I am.

I am hoping to find a few people to invest with. I think it's much more effective, and a lot of different projects can be reached when you team up.\

I am not asking for money, or trying to sell anything.

I want to build a few strong relationships with people who are into investing (businesses,real estate,stocks). I cant think of any other places to look for people to partner up with.

Try a forum that has something to do with business, real estate, or stocks. As a rule, if you have nothing to offer (i.e. skills, experience, hot tips, unique opportunity) then you'll have a hard time finding 'partners' - but there are plenty of forums where people discuss that kind of thing.

Seriously, why not just give some more info as to what you're looking to do? Sounds like you've thought it through, so why not share?

I'm not posting completely useless info, it was a fair question. I've been involved in business where investors wanted to know EXACTLY what I had to offer - a resume and bio was just the beginning.

If you are going to be part of an investment group, you need to add something personally to the mix. Otherwise, your option is to simply add cash which is about the least compelling reason to bring someone into an investment scenario - there is always more capital available that skilled people who can make projects/concepts work.

If you don't change your attitude then you'll probably get the same treatment here that you received at the last forum you visited. There are a lot of successful people here that could help you, if you would just stop whining for a minute to actually listen.
