Webcam Live Feed

Hi Everyone.

I was wondering if you could provide some assistance with setting up a webcam live feed to a friend’s website.

My friend was after a 1-30 second refresh rate on the image + sound if possible. I have no idea where to start on this project. I have tried to search in Google but nothing seemed to provide what I was after.
