we are thinking of starting a blog for our jewelry website, I have never blogged before.

    our website is PHP-MYSQL-APACHE

I was told word-press is the best way to go for that seup.

I am completely new to blogging all together.

can someone recommend a book for me? Thanks.

Well there is a general book on wordpress published by Packt (google it ) And they have one specifically on Themeing wordpress which is due out very soon.

I've read the sample chapter of the general WP book and it's great! Just adding it to my very long list of books to buy

I really have never found a good book for Wordpress. The Wordpress codex is loaded with most anything you could want to know though.
