New question. (This time it's about characters from two movies that the current governor of California starred in.)

--> If a Predator and Terminator were to fight each other to the death, who would win? (Note: the Predator is NOT allowed to use the self-destruct device on his left arm.)

You talking about the Xenomorphs, or something else entirely? (I don't recall a Predator vs Terminator movie, which is why I'm asking you.)

Yes, it is a good movie, and one that should be seen in the theater, but today's question is who'd win in a death match, the trophy-hunting Predator, or the human-exterminating Terminator? (And no, the Predator cannot activate it's self-destruct device either - everything else, including the Plasma Cannon, Naginata, and his other famous toys, are fair game.)

I don't like the predator in the movie so I want it dead....so my vote (pun) is for Terminator.

I have a doubt...is there any relation b/w the predator in the movie PREDATOR and ALIEN VS PREDATOR. They seem to have been created by the same person. I like the predators in AVP very much.

The Predator in the first movie was "Fast Claw"; he died when he activated the self-destruct sequence (thereby losing all honor for The Hunt in the process). The Predator from the second movie was "Sharp Eye". I forget the names of the Predators in AVP, but I do recall that Fast Claw (Predator) was a close-combat specialist, while Sharp-Eye (Predator 2) had a preference for long-ranged combat. The Honorable Predator Elder may have made an appearance in AVP, but as I said, I don't exactly recall.

So which Predator were you referring to?

New question. --> Which animal makes the better pet? A dog, or a cat?

(And if you have any suggestions, no matter how sane or "bouncing off the walls crazy", just PM me and I'll ask them.)

What kind of a question is that? Are they both stuffed and used as doorstops? If so, I think the bigger dog would hold the door open better

Can't answer the dog vs cat question--it's no different than asking "apples or oranges" It's a matter of taste and personality as to which you will prefer. Interestingly, from my own observations, cat people tend to like dogs, but dog people, by and large, don't like cats. That's an interesting little point to ponder.

Nice seeing you around again, Max. Personally I've had all sorts of animals as pets. I even rescued a baby raccoon from a fur breeder once.

Whatever, as long as it isn't mine
Animals are way cuter when they're somebody else's, so I can have the fun and not the worries (very much like children )

I agree with Max -- it depends on the person.

    I'm a cat person myself.

New question - and it's a scary one. --> What would you do if SitePoint went out of business tomorrow?
