I don't usually drink tea for the sake of drinking it, so does coffee. But when it is rainy season and if I happen to stay up late, so that's the time that I drink one.

There are different health benefits that we can get to both coffee and tea..when you are drinking Black Coffee everyday has its best benefits, drinking approximately 4 cup a day lowers your risk of diabetes and also a stimulant that helps you awake. On the other hand TEA has also many benefits its help to prevent some certain disease like Alzheimer's and Osteoporosis...

Most of the information out there about the benefits of coffee and/or tea seem to say the same things, that coffee is an antioxidant but high amounts of caffeine can be bad, tea also has healing qualities, but not a diet miracle. Headlines would like to suggest it is. Many studies have mentioned that decaf coffee offers just as many antioxidants as regular coffee, which removes any negative effects brought on by caffeine.

I drink tea, both slimming tea and breakfast tea.
I love Twinings of London Tea. especially their four red fruits tea.
I usually mix sugar and milk on regular tea.

I hate drinking coffee, it usually triggers my migraine.

Actually it depends on your genetics from what I have read, some people are meant to have a natural tollerance for coffee and as for me, I could drink 6 cups of the stuff and I could still sleep without any hyperactivity.

Coffee, though I've cut back on my caffeine consumption. Was drinking a pot a day. Typically now just drink one BIG cup when I wake up in the morning. Though sometimes two on the weekends. On number two right now. Yum. Good coffee.
