I have given up drinking coffee now, as getting to the 6 or 7 cups a day at work was getting a bit out of hand!

Now I have moved onto tea to get off the coffee, it has pretty much the same amount of coffee, but has got slightly better health benefits!

I worked at StarBux for while and I love Coffee (being I am itallian) I love espresso and bold coffee.

A cool tid bit I learned from years in the Bux is that mild coffee has more caffeine then bold so I often buy mild and brew it thick which is about 3 tbs for every 6 ounces of water while if I buy a bold I brew it at 2 tbs for every 6 ounces. I have a high end burr grinder and $500 espresso machine that I got for graduation from my family.

Got to love the coffee and honestly working at starbux I learned a lot of the science behind it.

Both are helpful. However taking Coffee more than 5 times a day is not good to your health.

I prefer tea. Either green or jasmine. Actually it's a family tradition and my stomach hurts every time I drink coffee. Is it a curse or what?

neither, I drink lemonade, red bull, and some times code red mountain dew.

I've never been a fan of hot liquids, hot chocolate included.

Coffee at the mornings, tea - the rest of day. Coffee at work, tea when fed up with coffee

Neither. I'm in my 30's and I've never been able to aquire a taste for coffee - so I doubt I ever will.

Tea isn't so bad, but I just prefer drinking water instead.
