Do you drink tea or coffee?

I drink green tea and coffee in moderation. Coffee can give you a crazy buzz and if you cold brew it, it isn't that bad for you.

I drink sweet tea and sometimes hot tea with milk in it ( like my Grand Mother). But on cold mornings, I drink coffee with Wild Turkey or Amaretto in it.; it's all medicinal of course.

caffeine levels are similar. Coffee just gives off more since the ground powder has a bigger surface area to volume ratio.

I used to drink iced tea. Have tried coffee, but don't seem to like the taste all that much. Of course, water is the best thing for you. :P

I drink black tea in abundance which is a bad habit because it causes me giddiness and I nearly blacked out several times.

i drink a tons of water, LOL! it is the best for our body, i don't drink tea and coffee. But if you want to loose weight. I prefer Red Juice. it will surely make you fit and sexy. Hope that helps.

I don't care for tea and although I like the taste of (black) coffee, I don't drink it much at all - maybe one cup every other week. Not a habit I care to get into. I drink lots of water, and that's pretty much it...some OJ in the morning (why is it that water tastes so bad in the morning?)

I rather drink a tea for its health benefits but most of the time I drink coffee more than tea. weird. maybe because coffee is just much available than tea.
