Tea every morning. Coffee when I'm really really tired and need to stay awake. Green Tea (with mint) when I'm full to help digest what I ate.

Coffee, some type of chocolaty flavor with milk in it or else I'll drink starbucks, haha. I only drink tea when I'm sick and then I dump sugar in it.

Do you drink tea or coffee?

Neither coffee nor tea.I browse that tea contains the same quantity of caffeine like coffee.Caffeine in my body is not a good idea

Tea has about half the content of caffeine in coffee.

I drink a cup of coffee just once a day, in the morning. For the past 3 years I was trying to switch it to black tea, but still can't survive if I miss my dose

Tea for the taste, coffee for the jolt. (American friends once suggested Brazilians could pave streets with coffee. Now you know how strong it is.)

I love my coffee, but not when more than half hour old. Some doctors say it's good for you, some say it's bad, and too much is not good for those prone to heart palpitations. It's supposed to be good for weight loss because it increases metabolism.

If you like the taste and it doesn't affect you bad, then I say drink up!

    Cheers
